Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this is

Pavo Digital Pvt Ltd(“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates the ShipShortsplatform (“Service”) at shipshorts.ai.

The Service is a bulk content-creation tool, not a publisher, agency, or coaching guarantee provider. We generate short-form video files — script, voiceover, and visuals — in bulk, based on information you provide, and deliver finished files ready to post on the social platform(s) of your choice (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and others). Outside of the optional YouTube Auto-Post feature described below, we do not publish, upload, monitor, or manage content on your behalf on any platform, and we have no visibility into or control over what you do with files once delivered.

2. What we deliver, by tier

• Self-serve: access to the portal wizard, niche/style selection, a sample of videos for review and approval, and — on approval — the full batch as downloadable files, ready to upload to any platform of your choice.
• Cohort: everything in self-serve, plus a recorded step-by-step walkthrough and live chat support, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Video-gen packs:standalone purchases of additional videos per “run,” independent of the main batch, for buyers who want a smaller top-up.
• Bulk downloader (add-on, all tiers): a one-click packaged download of your finished videos plus a captions/metadata file.
• YouTube Auto-Post (optional add-on): if you connect your YouTube channel via Google sign-in, ShipShorts will upload your approved videos directly to your channel on your behalf. This is opt-in only — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what access this grants and how to revoke it.

3. No outcome guarantees

We do not guarantee views, subscriber growth, monetization eligibility, income, or that any platform will approve, distribute, or monetize the content we generate. Platform algorithms, monetization policies, and content review are entirely outside our control. Any performance figures shown in our marketing describe our own production process or publicly observable category data — not a promise about your results — and are labeled as such wherever shown.

Earnings estimates shown in the portal use typical YouTube Shorts RPM ranges. YouTube only pays Shorts ad revenue to channels accepted into the YouTube Partner Program, which has its own eligibility requirements set by YouTube; until a channel is accepted, it earns no Shorts ad revenue.

4. Your responsibility after delivery

Once files are delivered (or posted, if you’ve enabled Auto-Post), you are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of service, community guidelines, and monetization policies of whichever platform(s) you post to, securing any rights needed for creative input you supply to us, and for how, where, and whether you publish the delivered files.

Major platforms enforce policies specific to AI-generated and bulk-produced content — for example, YouTube’s monetization rules can disqualify mass-produced videos showing little variation or added commentary from monetization, and platforms differ in how they require AI-generated content to be disclosed or labeled. These policies change over time and vary by platform; you are responsible for determining and meeting the current requirements of each platform you use. This section is informational, not legal advice.

5. Payment and pricing

Prices are as stated on our pricing/checkout page at the time of your purchase, quoted in USD, and inclusive of any applicable tax at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record.

6. Refund & cancellation policy

The same rule applies across every tier and every pack purchase:

• Full refund if requested before video generation begins for that specific purchase.
• After generation has started, we refund the amount paid minus the real production cost of videos already generated — a cost-based, pro-rata refund rather than a flat percentage or a hard cutoff.
• For video-gen packs, each run is its own purchase and is evaluated separately.
• For cohort seats, “before generation” is treated as before the cohort session occurs.
• The bulk downloader add-on is refundable only before it has been used to generate a download package.

7. Intellectual property

On full payment, we assign you full ownership of the specific video files delivered to you (script, voiceover, visuals) for your own use, in any way you choose. We retain no rights to reuse your specific delivered content. The underlying pipeline, prompts, templates, and generation process remain our proprietary property — only the finished output files transfer to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or platform-imposed losses (for example, demonetization, account suspension, or content strikes on a third-party platform) arising from your use of delivered files.

9. Complaints & grievances

If you have a complaint about the Service, contact us at support@shipshorts.ai. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them promptly.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “last updated” date, and where they affect an active enrollment, we’ll notify you by email before they take effect.
